Squash and Zucchini Casserole

2- sliced squash
2-sliced zucchini
1-chopped onion
1-sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
½ stick of margarine
2-cups grated medium cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
½ cup of 2% Milk

Cook squash, onions and zucchini until tender. Drain. Add crackers, butter, cheese, eggs, milk, and mix. Pour into a large baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until firm and golden brown on top.
