CROCKPOT POT ROAST
Sandra Glahn
3-pound boneless chuck, trimmed (frozen or thawed)
Carrots, chopped
Potatoes, chopped into one-inch pieces
Celery, chopped (optional)
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 package beef Ramen noodle soup
Peel, cube, and cup up veggies however you prefer them. Put in bottom of crockpot. Add 1 cup of water and seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles. Cook on low for 8–10 hours if frozen, about 8 hours if unfrozen.
Tips: You can freeze the pot roast with the veggies already chopped, so if you have a busy day, you just add water and seasoning, and go. To use the Ramen noodles, crush and mix with finely chopped walnuts, and put in a green salad. Add homemade bread, and you have a meal that will make the house smell fantastic.
