Peas in a Roux

2 tbls butter
1-2 tbls flour
1 can (14 oz) Peas

Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and cook on med/high for approx. 4-5 minutes or until flour turns beige.
Add peas (liquid included) and turn heat to low/med and let cook until sauce thickens.
