Becky Lyles MEXICAN SALAD

Ingredients

1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce, torn
1 or 2 cans red kidney beans (or black beans)
bag of corn chips (I like white corn chips the best)
diced tomatoes
sliced black olives
shredded cheddar or Mexican-mix cheese
sliced green onions
other possible additions:
avocado
corn
garbanzo beans
meat

dressing (mix according to taste) (approximate measurements):
1/2  C (or so) mayonnaise
1/2 C (or so) mild salsa
1 t chili powder
1/2 t cumin

This is an easy salad to make according to your taste buds and available ingredients. Wait until just before serving to add the chips and salsa -- or serve on the side. We like this salad with corn on the cob and hamburgers.
