Catherine Richmond's Jamaican-jerk sweet potatoes
A tolerant recipe, easy to adjust for the number of people around the table.
In 1/2 cup water, boil chopped green pepper, chopped onion, & Jamaican jerk seasoning ~ 1/8 tsp per person. Add in soy burger crumbles (one pouch for every 2 people) and cook until hot. Spoon over a sliced-open baked sweet potato.
