Oatmeal Pancakes

Oatmeal Pancakes

3/4 Cup all purpose flour

3/4 Cup rolled oats

4 TBS Splenda blend granulated brown sugar

1.5 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 Cups low-fat buttermilk

2 TBS unsweetened applesauce

1 egg

1 egg white

Cooking spray

3/4 Cup lite pancake syrup

3 Tb I Can't Believe It's Not butter Lite

Combine dry ingredients.
Blend together buttermilk, applesauce, egg, egg white until well combined.
Mix wet ingredients together with the dry.
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat. When pan is hot pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake on the griddle.
Turn when top is covered with bubbles and brown other side.
Serve with syrup and butter.

The oatmeal gives these pancakes a nice texture and really filles you up. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
